If you are looking for rain February, March and April would be your best bet. Doubtful that is what you are looking for. Summer months are great for time on the beautiful beaches, getting your tan and swimming in the beautiful ocean. Lounge beach side for the ultimate summer.

Travelling on a Budget

September through November are the least expensive times to go. This time of year sees fewer tourists and less crowded beaches. Though saving some money, hurricane season is in full swing. You can still have a great time, but know going in, wind and rain may pop up at anytime. Still a great time to visit for the rugged traveler.

How Long to Stay

You should plan on at least a three day stay. There are many sites to see along with unique experiences that only Mexico can offer. You can schedule a day trip on a boat, go visit Mayan ruins, or just lounge on the beautiful beaches. For the ideal getaway, a week at Cancun will create memories that last a lifetime.
